Featured Clients: Call center automation

Accutrac is a versatile, nationwide skip tracing company servicing a broad range of clients. When we were first introduced to Accutrac, they were managing their day-to-day processes manually with spreadsheets. We developed a centralized database and .Net web application that streamlines their process, cut out many of the manual steps they had, provided flexible reporting and integrated with several of their data providers to further enhance productivity.

Assets Recovered

Assets Recovered is a skip trace and auto repossession company in Dallas, Texas that manages auto repossessions nationwide for a variety of clients. AR came to us in need of an updated application with features that would make them more productive and update some of their older technology. For AR, we migrated them to our “WorksCC” solution that integrates a 3CX phone solution, web application for call reps to work from, HR tools for management, billing routines for accounting and a robust reporting module. In addition, this project integrates with several industry APIs for pushing and pulling information to facilitate a unified application that call reps work out of. The end result is a revved up call center that call reps can use to easily perform their day-to-day operations and management can use to easily monitor activity and ensure maximum profits.

Benefit Vision

Benefit Vision is a health care enrollment company operating multiple call centers.  In 2016, Benefit Vision migrated their call centers to 3CX and needed some customized reporting, wallboards, call recording management and HR integrations.  For BVI, we took elements from our “WorksCC” platform to provide a tailored solution that best fit their needs.  We created the ability to score call recordings and have that information roll up into agent and client level reports.  We created a flexible wallboard that allows management to monitor agent and client performance in real time.  In addition, we implemented some unique HR features that take agents in and out of queues based on log in activity and provides hours worked reporting based on activity in 3CX.  Our solution provides BVI the robust tools needed to manage a demanding call center.

Call Fusion

Call Fusion moved their call center to 3CX in 2016 and came to us in need of some customized screen pop with their CRM and reporting assistance.  Using the API’s provided by 3CX and our call data service, we implemented a variety of features for Call Fusion that best fit their business model.  Our screen pop solution automatically navigates their existing CRM to a call script page for dispositioning the call.  We also implemented a couple of data strategies for fulfilling reporting requirements.  In addition, we created a flexible wallboard that allows management to monitor agent and client performance in real time.

Fairfax Servicing is one of our call center clients in Dallas, Texas with a focus on skip tracing. Fairfax uses our “WorksCC” solution that integrates a 3CX phone solution, web application for call reps to work from, HR tools for management, billing routines for accounting and a robust reporting module. In addition, this project integrates with several industry APIs for retrieving vendor data. This project includes tight integration with the 3CX phone system for call recordings, monitoring and reporting all from a single application. Management can review a call reps activity and with the click of a mouse listen to the associated call recording. Our solution for Fairfax includes a quality assurance process as well that allows key personnel to grade call recordings which are used to improve their staff.

National Credit Care

We began working with National Credit Care in 2016 as they migrated their call center operations to 3CX.  For NCC, we took elements from our “WorksCC” platform to provide a tailored solution that best fit their needs.  We created the ability to score call recordings and have that information roll up into agent and client level reports.  We created a flexible wallboard that allows management to monitor agent and client performance in real time.  In addition, we implemented some unique call features for local dialing and screen popping their CRM.  Our solution for NCC helps management better monitor their agents activity and provides agents the call features they need to more easily perform their jobs.

Custom web applications

US Capitol Visitors Center

The gift shops at the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center needed a more robust and centralized reporting tool for their operations. After carefully learning their reporting needs and business requirements, we created an application that routinely combines data from several sources into a central database. The application provides daily summary information, a standardized report that can be run on demand to create a single report book, and an ad hoc report builder for drilling down to specific report items. Users now have quick, easy access to the reports and data they need most in their daily operations and forecasting.

This project was done in conjunction with ProSidian Consulting.

The Army Reserve Family Programs needed a user-friendly web portal for military families to easily order certain event supplies. The application needed to facilitate certain approvals, inventory management, and order tracking information. Using our proven web application platform, we developed a robust web portal for users to place orders for supplies. Order items are validated by event type and available quantity. Once orders are submitted, they go through an approval process. Following approval the items go through a pick, pack, and ship work flow. The Order Pointe portal also integrates with UPS WorldShip for automatic tracking information, the providing of various reports, email alerts on certain system events, and tools for managing the inventory at the warehouse.

Commercial Metals Company

Commercial Metals Company is a global, metals recycling, manufacturing, fabricating, and trading enterprise with their corporate office in Irving, Texas. We have worked with CMC for more than 10 years now on a variety of projects. For our latest project, the HR department at CMC requested a significant update to a previous HR module we had created for them years ago. For this update, we completely re-wrote the former HR module to be a standalone web application that included many new, robust features found in large scale talent acquisition systems. The new web application includes both a public facing portion for candidates to apply online to job openings and a secured area that allows HR members to post new jobs, work candidates through the hiring process, and review various reports on activity. The solution has been successful in saving the company the cost of buying an expensive off-the-shelf solution and providing the HR team with the tools they need to efficiently fill open job positions within the company.

i.think inc., a pioneering online research and analysis company, needed an optimized method for delivering and tracking web surveys and responses. JBHworks developed a web-based application that allows i.think to easily develop and administer online surveys. Especially valuable to i.think is an innovative cross-tab system, which allows users to slice and dice survey data in a variety of views for online viewing or exporting to Excel. The final solution provided i.think inc. a unique competitive differentiation, a streamlined process for managing incoming and outgoing data, and real-time availability of survey results.

LMS is an up and coming litigation management company in the heart of Texas that uses their teams extensive legal background to be the hub for thousands of cases. JBHworks continues to work with LMS in creating a web application and database that collects and distributes the many data elements associated with these active case. From dates to documents to billing items to reporting, our solution keeps LMS on top of their game.

OnCor FinDocCom

The finance group of utility infrastructure company Oncor needed a simple yet powerful tool for tracking and maintaining the company’s many regulatory and debt compliance issues. For OnCor, we developed a user-friendly web application called “FinDocCom” that manages many of the details to ensure OnCor remains in compliance with changing regulations and ratings. The application features several other important features, such as a built-in calendar that tracks important compliance dates and sends reminder messages to key personnel. It also maintains a database of all banks and financial contacts that automatically creates letters and officer certificates that must be routinely sent out.

FinDoCom is also used by Energy Future Holdings.

The Raleigh Hotel in South Fallsburg, New York is a luxurious hotel with unique reservations and guest programs which posed a problem for most off-the-shelf hotel management packages. JBHworks worked closely with management to create a robust, web-based application that met the many challenges of their reservation and program requirements. The solution features a secured admin area for creating reservations, handling guest arrivals, processing payments, handling room assignments and a collection of reports for making sure everything is top notch for their guests. In addition, the solution integrates with QuickBooks so that customer data and payments does not need to be entered twice.
